Who we are

Loans on this site are made by , NMLS ID , a licensed consumer lender registered at . We operate as a . Where we act as a connection service rather than the lender in a given state, that is disclosed before you apply and the matched lender sets its own rates and terms.

Every licence we hold, and the regulator supervising us in each state, is listed on the licences page. You can verify all of it independently at nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

Credit approval

All loans are subject to credit approval, income verification, and state availability. Not all applicants will qualify, and approval is not guaranteed. Amounts, terms, and APRs vary by state and by applicant. Loan amounts range from $200 to $5,000 with terms of 3 to 24 months, subject to the limits set by your state.

Rates and fees

Representative APR is 22.90% to 35.90% fixed, with a minimum of 22.65% where the autopay discount applies. There is no origination fee and no application fee. A late fee of $15 applies after a 10-day grace period, and a returned payment fee of $15 may apply, both capped by state law and prohibited entirely in some states. There is no prepayment penalty.

Sample pricing notice

Figures published across this site are sample pricing used during build and have not yet been replaced with approved rates. They do not constitute an offer of credit. Your actual terms are disclosed in your loan agreement before you sign.

Representative example

A $1,000 loan repaid over 12 months at 29.90% APR has 12 monthly payments of $97.44, a finance charge of $169.28, and a total of payments of $1,169.28. This example assumes no origination fee, on-time payment throughout, and the full term being run.

Credit inquiries

Checking your rate uses a soft credit inquiry, which is visible only to you and does not affect your credit score. It is a pre-qualification, not an offer of credit, and does not guarantee approval. Completing an application authorises a hard credit inquiry with one or more consumer reporting agencies, which is recorded on your credit report and may lower your score temporarily. You are told explicitly before that occurs.

Funding times

Approved funds are transferred by ACH direct deposit. Loans signed before our daily cutoff of [2:00 PM ET] on a business day are sent the same day and typically post the following business day. Weekends and federal bank holidays add time, and your own bank's posting schedule applies. We do not guarantee same-day availability of funds, because it is not within our control.

Cost of credit warning

Short-term credit is expensive credit

Loans in this range carry high APRs relative to secured borrowing and are intended for short-term needs, not long-term financing. Repeatedly taking new loans to cover existing ones leads to a debt cycle costing far more than the original shortfall. Free nonprofit counselling is available from the NFCC at nfcc.org, and consumer guidance from the CFPB at consumerfinance.gov.

Credit reporting

We report account status to the major consumer reporting agencies monthly. On-time payments may improve your credit profile. Late or missed payments may be reported and may adversely affect your credit score. Disputes about information we have furnished are investigated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, normally within 30 days.

Fair lending

We comply with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or because all or part of your income derives from a public assistance programme, or because you have exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Declined applicants receive a written statement of the specific principal reasons and may request a free copy of any credit report relied upon within 60 days.

Military borrowers

Covered borrowers under the Military Lending Act, meaning active-duty service members and their dependents, receive the protections that Act requires, including the 36% Military Annual Percentage Rate cap and the required oral and written disclosures. Where the cap is lower than the rate otherwise applicable, the cap applies.

Electronic communications

By applying you consent to receive loan documents, disclosures, and notices electronically under the E-SIGN Act. You may withdraw that consent, and you may request paper copies at no charge, by contacting us at [email protected].

Fraud warning

We never request payment of any kind before funding a loan. No processing fee, insurance fee, good-faith deposit, gift card, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency. We do not make unsolicited loan offers by phone, text, or social media. Verify our NMLS ID before sending documents or money to anyone claiming to represent us, and report impersonation to [email protected] and to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. See the security page for detail.

States served

We currently lend in 32 states. Availability depends on where you live, not where you work. We are not licensed in Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, or West Virginia, and cannot lend to residents of those states.

Website content

Content on this site is general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice, and does not account for your individual circumstances. Calculators produce estimates using stated assumptions and are not offers of credit. Where we describe practices in the wider lending market, such as payday or title lending, we are describing common industry practice rather than any specific company. How this site is written, reviewed, and corrected is set out in the editorial policy.
