Money in my account the next business day

I signed on a Thursday evening and didn't expect much before the weekend. The money was in my checking account Friday morning. Covered my transmission repair without draining what little savings I had. The monthly payment matched the offer exactly.

Approved with a credit score I was not proud of

My score was sitting around 580 after a rough couple of years, so I expected a flat no. They looked at my income and payment history instead. Got approved for $400 over six months. Payments were manageable and I didn't miss a single one.

No hidden fees, and the APR matched the offer exactly

I've been caught by origination fees before — money promised, less money deposited. Here the full $2,500 hit my account, nothing deducted. The monthly draft was identical to the number in the offer, twelve months in a row. That consistency matters more than people realize.

The online application took about five minutes

Filled out the form on my phone during a lunch break. No documents to upload, no waiting around for a callback. The soft credit check didn't move my score. I had a real offer with a real APR in front of me in under ten minutes.

They moved my due date when my hours were cut

My hours got cut mid-loan and the 15th stopped working for me. Called and asked to move the due date to the 28th. They did it without a fee for the remaining payments. I'll take a star off because it took two calls to reach someone, but the outcome was fair.

Paid it off early and the interest stopped

Used payday loans before and always felt like I was just rolling the problem forward. Set this one up for 24 months on $3,500, then paid it off at month 14 when things improved. No penalty, interest just stopped. That's the difference — there's actually an exit.

How we collect reviews

Every borrower is invited to review us twice: once shortly after funding, while the application is fresh, and once after the final payment, when they have seen the whole loan. Both invitations go to every customer, not to a selected list, and neither is conditional on how the loan went.

Our review rules, in four lines

We do not pay for reviews or offer anything in exchange for one. We do not screen customers before inviting them. We do not ask for negative reviews to be removed. We do not edit the text of a review, ever.

What we do with criticism

Review themes are read by the Chief Compliance Officer and reported to the credit committee alongside complaint data. Where a review reveals a process problem rather than a one-off, the process changes. The four-star review above about taking two calls to reach someone is a fair criticism, and staffing on the servicing line was increased because of that pattern.

If you have had a poor experience, the complaints process gets a faster and more specific answer than a review will, and it does not stop you leaving the review as well.

How to read reviews of any lender

Lending attracts more fake reviews than almost any other category, and the FTC's rule on fake consumer reviews at 16 CFR Part 465 exists precisely because of it. Four things worth checking, on our reviews as much as anyone else's:

  • Look for specifics. Real reviews name amounts, dates, and situations. Fake ones deal in adjectives.
  • Be suspicious of unbroken five stars. No lender satisfies everyone. A profile with no criticism at all has usually been curated.
  • Check the timing pattern. Dozens of reviews in one week, then silence, suggests a campaign rather than a customer base.
  • Read the negative ones first. They tell you how a company behaves when things go wrong, which is what actually matters.

Leaving a review

You do not need to wait for an invitation. Reviews can be left on our public profile at [review platform link], and we respond to every one, positive or otherwise, within [five business days]. Please do not include your account number, Social Security number, or bank details in a public review.

Ratings and review counts on this page are placeholders pending connection to our live review platform. Individual reviews shown are samples for layout until replaced with verified customer reviews.

Questions about our reviews

How they are collected, what we do with criticism, and how to spot a curated profile.

Are these reviews genuine?

The ratings and review counts on this page are placeholders until our live review platform is connected, and the individual reviews are samples for layout. Once connected, every review will come from a verified borrower through that platform, unedited.

Do you pay for reviews?

No. We do not pay for reviews, offer incentives, discounts, or entries into prize draws in exchange for one, or select which customers get invited. Doing any of that would breach the FTC rule on consumer reviews and would make the reviews worthless anyway.

Can a negative review be removed?

Not at our request. We do not ask platforms to remove criticism and we do not edit review text. We respond publicly instead, and where the criticism is fair we say so.

When are customers asked to review?

Twice: shortly after funding, and after the final payment. Both invitations go to every customer regardless of how the loan went.

How do I leave a review?

Through our public profile on the review platform, at any time, without waiting for an invitation. Please leave out your account number and any personal identifiers.

Where should I complain rather than review?

If you want something fixed rather than recorded, use the complaints process. It is acknowledged within two business days and answered in writing within fifteen, and it does not prevent you leaving a review as well.
